The mansion of the late 19th century in Lipki, which once belonged to the merchant Mogilevtsev. The two-story building was built in the style of the Venetian Renaissance. Outwardly, it looks as if made of chocolate, the interior of the house is also very beautiful. In Soviet times, the central registry office was located here. Then the building was transferred to the Kiev Museum of Russian Art, and now there is a Children's Art Gallery.
