Всего в нескольких сотнях метров- турецкая граница, до Арарата рукой подать. Вид- как на картине, очень живописно. В монастыре стоит спуститься в узкий подземный колодец, где 15 лет томился Григорий Просветитель - чтобы прочувствовать. Лучше взять гида - история храма действительно интересная.
